1. No reply from Nigel Hawkins at the City Council, despite having 3 weeks in which to reply. Adrian to resend letter to him and to copy it to Leon Unczer and local councillors.
2. Campaign now has a mobile phone number on which messages can be left : 07963 730181.
3. Lynn to ask Lyndsey to add the phone number to posters and send the file to Adrian. Adrian will publish file on website and encourage people to print and display it.
4. Gayle to contact Leo Keely about getting money from the Forest Fields Residents' Group.
5. Andy to get forms from Co-op Bank to set up an account for the group.
6. Decided that we should continue to gather information and meet with Council representatives before holding a public meeting in the new year.
7. When posters printed, we should send a copy to everyone on the mailing list as anyone without e-mail won't have heard from us. Also, we should go door-to-door to talk to interested people.
