1. Bank Account: Andy has finished filling in the form and is gathering ID from signatories. Will send off form.
2. Adrian to mail Nigel Hawkins to see if there is more info on Djanogly.
3. Gail has 500 leaflets for the New Basford Residents' Action Group and is trying to contact Patrick McN to distribute them.
4. Gail still chasing money from local Residents' group.
5. Decided to hold a public meeting to give general public a chance to air their views on the proposed closure.
Adrian to issue invitations by e-mail to interested parties including local councillors, Council officers, New Deal, head of Djanogly, other baths campaigns, staff. Lynn to find contact in NDC; Gail to contact Jean Thorpe (Unison rep). Follow-up letters if necessary.
Offer these dates for meeting: Wed 23 Feb, Thur 24 Feb, Wed 2 Mar, Thur 3 Mar. 7:30pm to 9pm. Final date to be agreed by e-mail when responses from invitees are available.
Lynn to find a venue, if possible Noel Street sports hall, preferably without paying for it.
Gail to sort out publicity - ask Bill to create a leaflet.
Everyone to communicate regularly by e-mail to ensure everything is ready by February meeting in order that all the publicity can be distributed then.
